Ann Olugbile

At Civilla, Ann oversees day-to-day internal operations needs as Business Operations Manager. From onboarding new Civilians to setting the tone for the studio’s physical and digital space, she focuses on refining and optimizing Civilla’s business needs and processes.

Ann comes to Civilla with nearly a decade of experience as a process specialist at AT&T. She’s known for her ability to bring a fresh take to operational challenges and simplify process flows big and small.

From design and technology, Ann’s passionate about learning new things that challenge her existing beliefs and perspectives. She’s certified in a number of business analyst systems (including SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel). She earned a BA in fashion design and merchandising from Wayne State University, and an MA in arts administration from Eastern Michigan University.

On top of all that, Ann’s also a writer—she’s been journaling since the age of 6 and hopes to publish her work one day.
