Ciondra Brown

Across her career, Ciondra has sought ways to use her design skills and creativity to help others thrive. Whether during her time as a graphic designer, a teaching artist at the Detroit Public Library, or while building a Detroit-area community for Yelp, Ciondra is always looking for a human-centered way to connect with the people she is serving. . 

In her role at Civilla, Ciondra merges that history of design, community, and research with her work improving benefits delivery with the State of Michigan through the MI Bridges program. No matter the project, Ciondra brings curiosity and joy to ensure her work will resonate with its intended audience. 

Outside the Civilla studio, you’ll likely find Ciondra rollerblading on the Dequindre Cut or shopping for signature Barbies to add to her multi-decade collection.
