Torrianna Bradley

Torrianna joins Civilla as a Senior Fellow for the Office of Innovation team to support organizational development and new curriculum initiatives.

Growing up as the second oldest of eight siblings, Torrianna quickly learned the power of serving others and brings that passion into her work today. She is a dedicated community advocate and has nearly a decade of experience in Detroit-based community development – including leading local programs that address youth empowerment, energy assistant, and safety.

Coursework during her international studies in Spain, Africa, and the Dominican Republic, of popular culture and youth development helped prepare her for a career as a youth coordinator. Torrianna helped secure funding for the Cody Rogue Youth Council's wellness room as a Youth Coordinator and was in the inaugural cohort of the Obama administration leadership fellowship program - Change Collective, which empowers local leaders to explore change in their communities.

As a proud Detroit native, you can find her enjoying the city, diving into her spirituality practices or expressing her latest revelations in poetry writing.
